Mustn't let the green-eyed monster get me. NO. I'm not crying. If they were coming to Seattle, I would be crying. 'Cause I wouldn't be able to go! I'll be in South America! O God. So does this mean they might not do an actual tour until 2009? Any time in 2008 would be fine; I could resign myself to that. (Summer would be great, but coming here in February and then again in summer... well, but they'll have released an album in the meantime, and they MUST tour after they've released Scream here, so maybe that wouldn't be so close together.) But 2009...! Well, that is a very long time from now.

I was hoping they would come somewhere near me. =( Antarctica is pretty far out in the boonies... But seriously, yeah, it's sad that so many people won't be able to go... but I'd rather they start off by underestimating their US fanbase and then being amazed by the enthusiasm for the few shows they're playing here, than overestimate the numbers, play a whole bunch of shows before the album even drops, and have thin attendance at the concerts. Does that make sense...? But I'm looking at this from the perspective of someone who can't go anyway and is more or less resigned to the fact. I'm a little distanced from it.
